Clinical Pharmacy
Blanchard Valley Medical Associates proudly implemented Clinical Pharmacy in August 2006 to enhance our patient care and education. Our pharmacy focuses on anticoagulation (managing medications that prevent blood clots), drug therapy for diabetes management, high cholesterol, heart failure and high blood pressure.
The BVMA Clinical Pharmacy collaborates with Ohio Northern University and the University of Findlay in providing educational rotations for pharmacy students. Our PharmD. Residency Program, in coordination with Ohio Northern University, is accredited through the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
If you are a current patient of the Clinical Pharmacy and need to contact us to schedule or change an appointment, please call the Clinical Pharmacy secretary at 419-427-1383.
