Dr. Osborne assists patients whose nerves and muscles are not functioning properly to help find relief from neck, back and arm pain caused by nerve or muscle disorders.Through musculoskeletal and electrodiagnostic medicine, she performs nerve testing and other testing to determine appropriate courses of treatment such as physical therapy, injections or medication.
Carmela Osborne, M.D. received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University. She received her Doctorate of Medicine from The University of Kentucky. She completed her internship at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center and served as a General Medical Officer in the U.S. Army prior to completing her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Osborne is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner. She has practiced in Findlay Ohio since 2000 and joined BVMA in 2021.
