Registered Nurse

This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices.  Assist physicians and other staff in coordinating patient care.  Function as primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians. 

Requirements:
>>Current license RN in the state of Ohio
>>CPR certification

Position is full-time (38-40 hours/week).

Clinical Medical Assistant

This position is responsible for assisting physicians with patient care by controlling patient flow, obtaining and documenting history and vital signs, performing assigned procedures, and providing patient education.

Preferences:
Professionalism, efficiency, accuracy, and courteous manner are required; Knowledge of medical terminology; medical office experience preferred, but not required; Excellent communication skills to allow for successful interactions with patients and co-workers is essential; Ability to multi-task and prioritize with frequent interruptions; Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Position is full-time (38-40 hours/week).

Credit Coordinator

The Credit Coordinator manages all daily functions related to enforcing the practice’s collection Policy. 

Preferences:

Related experience in account collection or accounts receivable; Medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT coding knowledge; Strong mathematical knowledge for reconciling accounts; Knowledge of managed care benefits, commercial insurance benefits, managed care claim processing, billing, and collection practices; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively is critical; Excellent patient service skills to show compassion, respect, integrity and innovation toward patients and co-workers is imperative.

Position is full-time (38-40 hours/week).

Medical Records Team Member

The Medical Records Team Member obtains, scans, files and/or organizes patients’ medical documents on an ongoing basis and to prepare for upcoming appointments.

Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software; Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetic or numeric systems; Ability to read, understand, follow oral and written instruction;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff; Accuracy and time management necessary; Ability to tolerate viewing a computer monitor for extended periods of time; Perform job duties with complete confidentiality and security in compliance with governing HIPAA regulations

Position is full-time (38-40 hours/week).
