Important Information and Requirements for In-OfficeWCDT-US-English-VerticalPrimary-RGB-Resized2 Visits

Mask Policy: Effective August 11, 2021, BVMA requires ALL patients, visitors and staff to wear a mask while in our office, regardless of vaccination status. Because our community is experiencing substantial spread of COVID-19, and vaccinated individuals can spread the virus, this policy must be followed to slow the spread and keep all of our patients and staff safe.

Wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer. We have hand sanitizer available throughout our facility. Continued diligence with hand washing and sanitizing is important to keep COVID-19 (and other contagious conditions) from spreading.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, etc.), do NOT come to our office.
Call us. We may need to manage your care virtually or recommend testing over the phone. We cannot test for or treat COVID-19 in our office.

BVMA is not an administration site for the COVID-19 vaccine. For the latest information on vaccine availability and scheduling, contact your local health department or visit https://www.vaccines.gov/search/
