Mask Policy Effective July 1, 2021If you are fully vaccinated, you are not required to wear a mask in our office, but still can if you choose to. If you are not fully vaccinated, please wear a mask to protect the children and others who are cannot be vaccinated. (This same policy applies to our staff.)

Wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer. We have hand sanitizer available throughout our facility. Continued diligence with hand washing and sanitizing is important to keep COVID-19 (and other contagious conditions) from spreading.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, etc.), do NOT come to our office.
 Call us. We may need to manage your care virtually or recommend testing over the phone. We cannot test for or treat COVID-19 in our office.
