Important Information and Requirements for In-OfficeWCDT-US-English-VerticalPrimary-RGB-Resized2 Visits

Masks are still required. All patients (regardless of vaccination status) are asked to wear their own mask when coming to the office. Even though mask requirements are relaxed for vaccinated individuals in many public settings, the CDC recommends that ALL individuals wear masks in healthcare settings, including doctors' offices. Cloth or handmade masks are fine. If you don't have a mask, we will provide one to you. Face shields are NOT a replacement for masks. This is to protect you, our staff and other patients.

Wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer. We have hand sanitizer available throughout our facility. Continued diligence with hand washing and sanitizing is important to keep COVID-19 (and other contagious conditions) from spreading.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, etc.), do NOT come to our office.
Call us. We may need to manage your care virtually or recommend testing over the phone. We cannot test for or treat COVID-19 in our office.

BVMA is not an administration site for the COVID-19 vaccine. For the latest information on vaccine availability and scheduling, contact your local health department or visit https://www.vaccines.gov/search/
