Important Information and Requirements for In-Officestop-the-spread-mask-1200x1200 Visits

Come alone. Unless you require the physical assistance of another person to get in/out of our building, do not bring others with you.

Masks are required. All patients are asked to wear their own mask when coming to the office. Cloth or handmade masks are fine. If you don't have a mask, we will provide one to you. Face shields are NOT a replacement for masks. This is to protect you, our staff and other patients.

We will take your temperature. Every person entering our building must have a temperature screening before admittance.

Use hand sanitizer. At our registration desks, we have hand sanitizer available. We ask that you use some upon entrance.

Physical distancing required. We have adjusted our waiting rooms so that at least 6 feet of space is between each chair. We have other markings and measures in place to remind you to keep distance whenever possible.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, etc.), do NOT come to our office.
Call us. We may need to manage your care virtually or recommend testing over the phone. We cannot test for or treat COVID-19 in our office.

BVMA is not an administration site for the COVID-19 vaccine. For the latest information on vaccine availability and scheduling, contact your local health department.
