Immunizations @ BVMA and Ohio ImpactSIIS

BVMA participates in "Ohio ImpactSIIS." This means that when you have an immunization administered at our office, we record it in your electronic medical record, and the immunization data electronically transfers to the Ohio ImpactSIIS system. The ImpactSIIS records can then be accessed by authorized users to obtain accurate information about your immunization history. Below is the information provided by the state regarding this system; including your ability to opt-out of participation.
