Missed Appointment Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give an appointment to another patient who may need to see the provider.
If you need to cancel your appointment, contact your provider’s secretary. Visit the contact us page for a list of direct numbers to help you reach the appropriate team member.
If a 24-hour notice is not given to our office, you will be charged a $25 missed appointment fee. If the fee is assessed, it will appear on your billing statement. If this fee appears on your statement but your missed appointment was due to circumstances beyond your control, contact your provider’s secretary to discuss those circumstances.
