Our Location

Blanchard Valley Medical Associates is located at 200 West Pearl Street in Findlay, Ohio. Our practice is located on the south side of Findlay, just off of South Main Street - adjacent to Blanchard Valley Hospital.

Our office is divided into two wings - east and west. At each entrance, patients will find a sign indicating which providers are located in the respective wing.
