Current Openings:

RN, LPN or MA

Responsible for assisting providers with patient care by controlling patient flow, obtaining, and documenting history and vital signs, performing assigned procedures, and providing patient education.

Preferences:
Current RN or LPN license OR Medical Assistant certification preferred; CPR certification required; Professionalism, efficiency, accuracy, and courteous manner are required; Knowledge of medical terminology; medical office experience is helpful, but not required; Excellent communication skills to allow for successful interactions with providers,  patients and co-workers is essential; Ability to multi-task; Highly detail-oriented.

Position is full-time (38-40 hours/week).
Monday - Friday, first shift.

Patient Account Coordinator

The Patient Account Coordinator utilizes Microsoft Excel and practice software platforms to perform daily functions related to patient account management.
 
Requirements include a strong knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel functions, solid mathematical skills for reconciling accounts, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, the ability to work independently, and being self-driven to meet deadlines and expectations.
 
Helpful (but not required) experience or knowledge includes medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT coding, knowledge of managed care benefits, commercial insurance benefits, managed care claim processing, billing, and accounts receivable practices.
 

Position is full-time (38-40 hours/week).
Monday - Friday, first shift.

Medical Claims Analyst

The Medical Claims Analyst reviews insurance claims, researches, corrects and resubmits claim denials.

Preferences:
Medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT coding knowledge is highly preferred; Knowledge of managed care and commercial insurance benefits and claims processes very helpful; Professionalism, efficiency, accuracy, and courteous manner are required; Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software;  Excellent communication skills to allow for successful interactions with patients and co-workers is essential; Ability to multi-task and prioritize; Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Position is full-time (38-40 hours/week).
Monday - Friday, first shift.
