Registered Nurse

This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices.  Assist physicians and other staff in coordinating patient care.  Function as primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians. 

Requirements:
>>Current license RN in the state of Ohio
>>CPR certification

Position is full-time (38-40 hours/week).
Monday - Friday, first shift.

Clinical Medical Assistant

This position is responsible for assisting physicians with patient care by controlling patient flow, obtaining and documenting history and vital signs, performing assigned procedures, and providing patient education.

Preferences:
Professionalism, efficiency, accuracy, and courteous manner are required; Knowledge of medical terminology; medical office experience preferred, but not required; Excellent communication skills to allow for successful interactions with patients and co-workers is essential; Ability to multi-task and prioritize with frequent interruptions; Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Position is full-time (38-40 hours/week).

Medical Records Team Member

The Medical Records Team Member obtains, scans, files and/or organizes patients’ medical documents on an ongoing basis and to prepare for upcoming appointments.

Registration Associate

The Registration Associate helps to complete the patient check-in process by greeting patients, updating demographic and insurance information, and collecting amounts due.

Medical Check-Out Secretary

The Medical Check-Out Secretary works directly with the patients immediately after their visit with the provider to schedule follow-up appointments and/or testing and relay physician instructions.
